My name is Duc-Minh Pham, and I’m a spiritual teacher based in Perth, Western Australia.

I have observed that many people on their spiritual journey are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information available, and often end up entangled in mysticism, concepts or belief systems that offer little value to their spiritual growth. Furthermore, their misconceptions about meditation lead to practices that are largely ineffective and fail to deliver calm and peace.

I teach what truly matters: relevant wisdom and effective meditation skills to help you live in a state of presence that offers lasting deep peace, and where emotional turmoil are gently resolved.

An important part of my teaching focuses on understanding how a lack of awareness, automatic and involuntary thinking, and internal resistance to life, causes constant unease and emotional suffering.

In addition, I also emphasise the importance of connecting with our physical bodies. This process is about sensing and acknowledging the energy that is always present inside us, an important aspect of our lives that we often don’t notice.

My sessions are conducted in a welcoming and inclusive environment, free from the constraints of specific religious beliefs or ideologies.
