Cancellation and Refund Policy
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. I have designed this policy to respect both your time and mine, ensuring that I can provide quality service to all my clients.
Cancellation Terms
- Early Cancellation (More than 24 hours before the session): I offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This allows me the opportunity to allocate the session to another individual seeking guidance.
- Intermediate Cancellation (12 to 24 hours before the session): Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. This accounts for the impact on preparation and scheduling.
- Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 12 hours before the session): Due to the significant planning and resources allocated, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time cannot be refunded.
Late Arrival Cancellations
- Up to 15 Minutes Late:Session may be shortened without fee adjustment. Howerver, time permitting, I am happy to complete the session in its entirety, to give you the full experience.
- Over 30 Minutes Late: Treated as last-minute cancellation, and as such, no refund can be issued.
Rescheduling
For all cancellations, the option to reschedule is always available. Should you prefer to reschedule at any point, please contact me as soon as you can. I am committed to working with you to find a new time that accommodates your schedule, ensuring you receive the guidance you seek.

Exceptional Circumstances
I recognise that unexpected situations, such as severe illness or family emergencies, can occur. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by the Teacher
If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
